Pepleri 3, Tartu
Pepleri 3, Tartu is the first of our finished pilot renovations.
The multi apartment residential building has 32 apartments and total of 1370 m² of living area. The building originating from 1968 has been insulated and heating system has been refurbished.
Heat recovery ventilation system and PV microgeneration with 25kW capacity have been installed.
The house is calculated to be a nZEB with energy consumption no more than 90 kWh/m²Y primary energy including domestic hot water and electricity.
The other pilot projects are of same type and built in between 1965 and 1970.
REFURB will make energy renovations focus on the needs of the individual house-owner.
